Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, please contact us via phone or text at 817-369-5746. Cancellation fees are $75 for any appointments not cancelled within 8 hours of appointment time. No call, no show fees of $75 apply as well. If you no call no show for an appointment, twice in a row, provider may have to remove you from the schedule due to limited availability.

Exceptions to this policy will be made in the event of hospitalization and on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circustances.
