Young Psychological Services will not share your information with anyone without your permission and a signed Release of Information (ROI) form. The only exceptions to this policy are:
1) In the event of an emergency (i.e. suicidal/homicidal plan or intent, suspected child/elder/disabled abuse 2) in the event that a signed subpoena is received from a judge or 3) In order to file an insurance claim to collect payment for services.
